Hibiki 21 Year Old is a Japanese whisky from Suntory, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle and aged for 21 years.
The name Hibiki means harmony in Japanese, a reference to the marriage of malts in the blend. The bottle has 24 faces, one for each of the 24 seasons of the traditional Japanese calendar, recalling the old tradition of Sekki. The front label is made from washi, a handcrafted Japanese paper.
