Hibiki 21 Year Old (70cl, 43%)

Hibiki 21 Year Old is a Japanese blended whisky in a 70cl bottle at 43% ABV. It is blended from Suntory's Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita distilleries, with malt and grain whiskies all aged for at least 21 years. The whiskies matured in American white oak, sherry butts and Japanese Mizunara. Hibiki was introduced to mark Suntory's 90th anniversary, and its name means echo in Japanese. The current expression has a smoother, more woody profile than earlier releases. The nose offers rich oak, honey and subtle sherry, with raisin and apricot.
