Hibiki 21 Year Old (75cl)

Hibiki 21 Year Old is a blended Japanese whisky from Suntory, made from malt and grain whiskies aged for at least 21 years. The malts come largely from the Yamazaki and Hakushu distilleries, including some matured in Japanese Mizunara oak, and the grain whiskies from the Chita distillery. The nose is cooked fruit, blackberries and ripe bananas, with subtle floral notes and a hint of sandalwood. The palate is full-bodied and smooth, with dried apricot, honeycomb and dark chocolate over a delicate, incense-like spice. The long finish leaves Mizunara wood, incense and soft, smoky cocoa.
