Hibiki 21 Years

Hibiki 21 Years is a Japanese blended whisky from Suntory's Hibiki series. It is a blend of malt and grain whiskies, the youngest of which is 21 years old. The nose is nutty, with a touch of citrus and dark, spiced notes of fruit, toffee and wood. On the palate the influence of the wood comes through clearly, along with a light smokiness and a subtle spiciness. The finish is long and elegant, with a hint of smoke that fades slowly.
