Hibiki 30 Year Old Hiroshi Senju 2025 Artist Limited Edition is a Japanese blend of malt and grain whiskies from The House of Suntory, in a 70cl bottle at 43% ABV. Only 100 bottles were released worldwide. The edition is tied to the artist Hiroshi Senju, whose commissioned work Waterfall on Colours "Hibiki" is rendered in ten natural violets. It is shown on a byobu-style stand with a reflective base and a waterfall motif. The nose brings leather, raisin, prune and sweet chestnut. On the palate come brown sugar, dried fig, apricot jam, cedar and gingerbread, and the finish carries cinnamon and Mizunara oak.
