Hibiki Blossom Harmony 2022 Limited Edition (70cl)

Hibiki Blossom Harmony 2022 is a limited-edition Japanese blended whisky from Suntory, in a 70cl bottle. It combines malt and grain whiskies that have been finished in Sakura wood casks. The series takes its theme from Sakura season, when cherry blossom marks the end and the beginning of the year and is a time for celebration. The nose brings rose petals, lychee, rosemary, sandalwood and mature oak. On the palate come honey, candied orange peel, white chocolate and Mizunara oak, and these linger into the finish.
