Hibiki Blossom Harmony 2024 is a limited release Japanese blended whisky, bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is the fourth instalment in the Blossom Harmony series. Hibiki comes from the House of Suntory and is blended from malt and grain whiskies sourced from the Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita distilleries. This edition draws on sakura cask character for its floral side, and it can be drunk neat or with soda. The nose is led by cherry blossom, olive and acacia.
