Hibiki Blossom Harmony 2026 is a limited-edition Japanese blended whisky from Suntory, bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It blends Japanese malt and grain whiskies, including long-aged grain whisky given extra maturation in Sakura, or Japanese cherry wood, casks.
The Sakura casks add a floral perfume and gentle sweetness to the blend.
The nose offers cherry blossom and osmanthus with soft honey, ripe pear and polished oak. The palate is rounded and silky, with acacia honey, La France pear and a sweetness like sakura mochi. The finish is long and floral, with soft oak.
