This is the 2025 limited edition of Hibiki Blossom Harmony, a Japanese whisky in a 70cl bottle at 43% ABV. The Hibiki blend is assembled from the Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita distilleries, then finished in sakura (cherry blossom) casks.
It comes in Hibiki's 24-faceted bottle.
The nose is floral, with wild cherry blossom, white peach, rose water and a hint of sandalwood. The palate has orchard fruit and vanilla cream, with a gentle herbal lift and subtle spice from the sakura oak. The finish is soft and lingering, with floral tea, almond and a faint touch of incense smoke.
