Hibiki Blossom Harmony is a limited release from Suntory for 2026, in a 70cl bottle at 43% ABV. It blends malt whisky from Yamazaki and Hakushu with grain whisky from Chita. The blend is finished for a short period in rare Japanese sakura (cherry) wood casks, and it is released to coincide with Japan's cherry-blossom season. The result is recognisably Hibiki, with a floral top note that comes from the sakura wood.
