Hibiki Harmony is a Japanese blended whisky from Suntory, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It balances malt and grain whiskies from the Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita distilleries.
The blend is matured in five cask types, including American oak, sherry and Japanese Mizunara oak. The bottle has 24 facets, one for each of the 24 Japanese seasons.
The nose is rose, lychee, a hint of rosemary, sandalwood and mature wood. The palate brings honeyed sweetness, candied orange peel, white chocolate and light oak, and the finish is soft and long, with Mizunara spice and refined fruit.
