Hibiki Harmony Blended Japanese Whisky 100th Anniversary Edition (70cl, 43%)

Hibiki Harmony 100th Anniversary Edition is a limited Japanese blend, bottled at 43%. It marks the centenary of Suntory Whisky, and the 24-faceted bottle carries a bridge design inspired by the Japanese art of Setsugekka: snow, moon and flowers. The blend brings together malt and grain whiskies from the Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita distilleries. Golden, honeyed amber in colour, it has a nose of rose and lychee with a hint of rosemary and sandalwood. The palate is honey-sweet, with candied orange peel and white chocolate, followed by a long, tender finish with a hint of Mizunara oak.
