Hibiki Japanese Harmony is a Japanese blended whisky, bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is composed of at least ten malt and grain whiskies from the Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita distilleries, matured in five types of cask, including Japanese Mizunara oak. The label is handmade Echizen paper, printed four times.
The nose is creamy and sweet, with floral notes, Japanese orange and sandalwood. The palate is fruity, with orange peel, honey sweetness and mild oak. The finish is long and delicate, with a trace of Mizunara and pleasant sweetness.
