Hibiki Japanese Harmony (70cl, 43%)

Hibiki Japanese Harmony is a blended Japanese whisky from the House of Suntory, made from malt and grain whiskies. It was launched in 1989 to mark Suntory's 90th anniversary, and its name means harmony in Japanese. The blend draws on whiskies from the Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita distilleries, and the bottle has 24 sides, reflecting the 24 seasons of the traditional lunar calendar. The nose has sandalwood, freshly sawn oak and wood rosemary. The palate opens with young oak, toast, honeyed fruit and candied orange peel, leading to a long, peppery, spiced finish.
