Hibiki Japanese Harmony Momoyama Limited Edition 2026

This is a limited edition Suntory blend from the Hibiki Japanese Harmony range, made in collaboration with Chiso, the kimono house founded in 1555. It combines malt and grain whiskies from Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita. The label shows cherry blossom for beauty and tachibana citrus for prosperity. The whisky is amber in colour. The nose brings delicate rose petals and bright citrus, with soft honey sweetness and a little vanilla. The palate is soft and round, with ripe stone fruit and creamy vanilla over gentle spice. The finish is long, with sandalwood and a light fruity sweetness.
