Hibiki Japanese Harmony

Hibiki Japanese Harmony is a blended whisky from Suntory, made from malt and grain whiskies from the Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita distilleries. It carries no age statement and is put together from a selection of at least ten different whiskies. The blend is matured in several cask types, including Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks as well as Japanese Mizunara oak. It can be drunk neat, with a drop of water or in a highball. On the nose it shows honey, orange peel, light florals and oak. The palate brings caramel, white chocolate, raisins, soft spice and a little smoke, leading to a medium finish of vanilla, oak and gentle spice.
