Hibiki Japanese Harmony Ryusui Hyakka Limited Edition 2021 (70cl)

This is Hibiki Japanese Harmony, a Japanese blended whisky from Suntory, in a 70cl bottle. It is a blend of malt and grain whiskies. The 2021 limited edition refers to the Ryusui Hyakka bottle design; the whisky inside is Japanese Harmony itself. Japanese blends are usually described as gentle and rounded, and this one works neat, over a large cube or in a highball.
