Hibiki Japanese Harmony is a Japanese blended whisky from the Suntory range, here in the Vivid Lights Edition, which has integrated white LED lights that can be switched on and off. It is bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle.
The blend combines malt whiskies from the Yamazaki and Hakushu distilleries with grain whisky from Chita. They are drawn from five types of cask, including American white oak, sherry and Mizunara oak, and the blend was crafted by the Suntory Whisky blending team led by Master Blender Shingo Torii.
It is amber in colour, with lychee and rose on the nose, honeyed sweetness and candied orange peel on the palate, and a long, tender finish.
