High n' Wicked is a Kentucky straight bourbon made from 51% corn, 39% rye and 10% malted barley, fermented as a sweet mash and distilled on an all-copper column still with a doubler. It spends at least five years in new American white oak, medium toast with a number 4 char, and is bottled at 52% (104 proof), non-chill-filtered and without additives.
The nose has leather, pipe tobacco and oak with baked berries, caramelised orange peel and cinnamon. The palate is creamy, with baking spice, dark cocoa and cherry over structured tannins, and the finish is dry and bold.
