High West Double Rye Whiskey (70cl, 46%)

High West Double Rye is an American rye whiskey in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 46% ABV. It is a blend of column and pot-still whiskies, aged for a minimum of two years. It is blended to bring out the bold spice of high rye whiskies alongside a botanical brightness, with cinnamon, gingersnaps, juniper, mint sprigs and wildflower honey in the flavour profile. The nose is mint, clove, cinnamon, liquorice root, pine nuts and dark chocolate, with gin botanicals running throughout. The palate opens with rye spice, then menthol, mint, eucalyptus and herbal tea with wildflower honey and allspice.
