High West Rendezvous Rye is an American rye whiskey from Utah with a high rye content, in a 70cl bottle at 46%. It is a spicy blend, suggested for a Manhattan as well as for drinking on its own.
The nose brings oak spices, pepper and even some chilli. A little sweetness sits underneath on the palate before the savoury notes return, and the finish carries heat, fresh oak and tea leaves.
