Highland Nectar Scotch Whisky Liqueur (50cl, 35%)

Highland Nectar is a Scotch whisky liqueur at 35%, sold in a 50cl bottle. It pairs Highland whisky with bitter orange, star anise, nutmeg, vanilla, ginger and cinnamon, and can be served on its own or in a cocktail. The nose brings cinnamon and golden syrup biscuits, lemon, cloves, vanilla pods, honey, nutmeg and eucalyptus. On the palate there are boiled sweets, orange peel, garden herbs, ground allspice, crystallised ginger, star anise and maple syrup. Cinnamon, mulled chai cider and clove linger in the finish.
