Highland Park The Light is a 17-year-old single malt from Orkney. Its name reflects the island's bright summers, continuing a theme drawn from Orkney's contrasting winter darkness and summer light.
Matured in refill American oak casks, it takes its clear golden colour from the wood and has a strength of 52.9%. Its flavour brings together caramelised pear, nutmeg and vanilla, alongside cedar, oak and a gentle trace of peat smoke.
