Highland Park – Triskelion (70cl)

Highland Park Triskelion is a Scotch single malt made by three whisky makers working together: Gordon Motion, the current head distiller, former master whisky maker Max McFarlane and master whisky maker emeritus John Ramsay. Between them they have more than a century of experience. The whisky matures in three types of first-fill cask: sherry-seasoned Spanish oak butts, sherry-seasoned American oak casks, and bourbon barrels and hogsheads. The nose offers Seville oranges, coriander seed, crème brûlée and honey. On the palate come orange peel, apricot, cumin, vanilla and light smoke.
