Hillrock Single Malt Whiskey

Hillrock Estate Single Malt is a New York single malt whiskey, described as one of the first made in the state since Prohibition. It is made from barley grown exclusively on the Hillrock Estate and malted at the estate's own malthouse, one of the first built by a distillery since Prohibition. The malted barley is fermented and distilled in a custom-made 250-gallon copper pot still. The whiskey is aged for approximately two years, then each batch is brought to proof and bottled by hand.
