Hinch Peated Single Malt is a triple distilled Irish single malt made in County Down, matured in bourbon casks and bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It pairs a soft, sweet maltiness with complex peat flavours.
The colour is pale golden. Sweet tar, red fruit and wood lead on the nose, while the palate brings firm peat with lasting, nuanced fruit that carries on through it, along with a touch of liquorice. The peat fades gently at the end.
