Hinch Small Batch Bourbon Cask is an Irish whiskey blending single malt and single grain, bottled at 43% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It is made in County Down, just outside Ballynahinch.
The whiskey was matured for three to four years in first-fill bourbon casks and is light hazel in colour.
The nose is sweet wood and toffee. On the palate dry fruit meets citrus over a lingering caramel undertone.
