Hinch – Small Batch Bourbon Cask (70cl, 43%)

Hinch Small Batch Bourbon Cask is a triple distilled Irish whiskey from County Down, blending malt and grain whiskeys in small batches. It is bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. The whiskey spends 3 to 4 years in first-fill bourbon casks and has a light hazel colour. The nose is sweet wood and toffee. On the palate, dried fruit meets citrus, leaving a lingering hint of caramel.
