Hinotori Blended Whisky (70cl)

This is a Japanese blended whisky, made by marrying malt whisky and grain whisky, in a 70cl bottle. It is meant for everyday drinking and suits the Japanese highball: a tall glass packed with ice, one part whisky to three or four parts cold soda, a quick stir and a lemon peel if to hand. It also goes with fried food or a hot dinner.
