Holyrood Noir Premier Cru Yeast is a single malt from the Holyrood distillery and part of its Noir trilogy, which pairs French wine yeast with Scottish malt. It comes in a 70cl bottle.
The distillery used Pinnacle M and Maurivin yeasts, and matured the spirit in bourbon barrels, Chardonnay wine casks and white wine casks.
It was bottled at 47.2% ABV, without added colour and without chill filtration.
