Pitch is a single malt from Holyrood Distillery in Edinburgh, bottled at 49.4% in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in Oloroso sherry casks. Holyrood was founded in 2019 and brought single malt production back to the Scottish capital after more than a century. The distillery experiments with malt varieties, fermentation and special casks, drawing on Edinburgh's brewing heritage.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
