Holyrood – The Liquid Antiquarian Bub Project New Make is a spirit drink from Holyrood (Lowland). Bottled at 60% ABV, 50cl. Part of a lengthy series of experimental new make releases, the Bub Project is an unusual hopped new make, produced in honour of former exciseman John Macdonald. A malt whisky distillery located in the Scottish capital of Edinburgh, opened in 2019 within an old converted Engine Shed near the city's Holyrood Park. It was founded by Rob Carpenter and David Robertson and is owned through their company, Newmake Limited.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
