A 12 year old single malt Scotch whisky from House of Lords, bottled at 40% ABV in a 75cl bottle and supplied in its box.
The nose combines cocoa, toasted almond, orange peel, oak and vanilla over a classic malt base. The texture is silky and oily with a medium body, bringing heather honey, dried apricots, vanilla and sweet cocoa, balanced by a dry, smoky richness.
The finish is long and velvety. Sherry sweetness and dark fruit fade slowly into toasted oak, soft clove and cinnamon, and a faint trace of smoke.
