This is an 8 year old single malt from Inchdairnie, a Lowland distillery founded in 2015 by Ian Palmer. It was distilled in January 2018 and matured in ex-Islay barrels, then bottled in August 2026 by Fruitful Spirits. It is the first edition in their Ever Curious collection, limited to 1000 bottles, and it is bottled at natural colour with no chill filtration. The flavour is described as sweet and richly peaty.
