InchDairnie KinGlassie is a heavily peated whisky, distilled in 2017 and bottled by the distillery in 2025 in a 70cl bottle. It is double matured in ex-bourbon and Amontillado sherry casks, and is natural colour and non-chill-filtered.
The spirit has a peat level of over 50 ppm and is distilled during a single week in the depths of winter.
The nose is smoky, with tobacco and roasted almonds. Smoke wraps around nutty notes on the palate, turning to a charcoal-like texture. The finish is gentle, with lingering smoke.
