This is KinGlassie Raw, a heavily peated single malt from InchDairnie in Fife, in a 70cl bottle at 46.3% ABV. It is an original bottling from the distillery, matured for eight years in American ex-bourbon casks.
The spirit was distilled in 2017 and bottled in 2025. It was one of the distillery's first single malts, released on 8 May 2025 alongside KinGlassie Double Matured. The peat is mainland peat from St Fergus, and the malt is aimed at around 50 ppm. It is natural in colour and not chill-filtered.
The nose has bonfire smoke over sweet malt and honey, with lemon cake and green apple. The palate is malty, with ash, a salty touch, red apple and pepper, and the finish is medium and slightly dry.
