Inchgower 11 Year Old 2009/2020 1st Fill Bourbon Cask - The Whisky Chamber (50cl, 57.1%)

This is an 11 year old Inchgower bottled by The Whisky Chamber, an independent German bottler. It was distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2020 at 57.1%, in a 50cl bottle. The whisky matured in a first-fill bourbon cask, and the outturn is 173 bottles. The tasting notes describe a very intense nose of vanilla, toffee, quince and candied fruit. The palate is full, with plenty of toffee and vanilla and the candied fruit still present. The finish is long and very complex.
