This is a 15 year old single malt from the Inchgower distillery in Speyside, bottled by Adelphi.
It was matured in a first fill sherry cask, which shapes the whole character of the whisky.
The nose brings dark chocolate, orange peel, dried fruit and nutty notes with a little oak. The palate is full-bodied and well developed, and the finish is warm and long.
