Inchgower – 17 Year Old Spirit & Cask Range (70cl, 56.5%)

This is a 17 year old Inchgower single malt from Speyside, bottled at 56.5% vol. in a 70cl bottle. It belongs to the Spirit & Cask Range. The first sip is strong enough that the palate needs a moment to settle. After that, a fresh sea breeze comes through, together with fairly clear vanilla. Those with less practised palates may prefer to add a little water and let the whisky warm in the glass.
