This is a 23-year-old single malt from Inchgower, a Speyside distillery. It was distilled in 1997 and bottled at 55.9% ABV after 23 years in cask.
The whisky was matured in a mix of bourbon and sherry casks, including a sherry butt.
Signatory, an independent bottler, chose this Inchgower for its Cask Strength Collection and took evident care over the release.
