A 5 year old Indiana rye, distilled on 25 October 2017 and bottled on 12 June 2023 at 57.1% ABV. It matured in a virgin American oak cask, number 1, and was bottled by Fragrant Drops in an outturn of 235 bottles.
Peanut butter, lemon zest and caramel are noted on the palate, along with tobacco leaf, toasted oak and vanilla. The finish is spicy and sweet.
