Indri Single Malt Indian Whisky

Indri is a single malt Indian whisky matured in three kinds of cask: ex-bourbon, ex-French wine and ex-sherry. Each wood was chosen to add its own contribution without overshadowing the original spirit, which is light and fruity with sweet vanilla, spice and a subtle nuttiness. The colour is amber. The nose is gentle and mellow, with black tea, caramelised pineapple and oak, then vanilla and honey from the bourbon oak, spiced tannins from the European oak, and raisin and sweet sherry. The palate is elegant and smooth, warm, with gentle spice and woody notes. The finish is balanced and long, with sweet fruit.
