Infrequent Flyers Inchgower 17 Year Old is an independent bottling of Speyside single malt from Inchgower distillery, in a 70cl bottle at 54.2% ABV. It has a golden amber colour. The whisky was matured in a Marsala hogshead and carries a Marsala finish. Inchgower stands just outside Buckie in Moray and was built in 1871. Most of its output has gone into blends, including Bell's. The distillery's style is described as salty, waxy and spicy, the result of a very short fermentation, very hot mashing water and pot stills with a steep lyne arm.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
