This is a 10 year old Caol Ila from Islay, bottled by Blackadder under the Ingelred name at 56.4% ABV, in a 70cl bottle. It was distilled in 2011 and matured for 10 years in a single bourbon cask, which gave 295 bottles.
The nose shows peat. On the palate there is vanilla and mildly sweet peat smoke with citrus, and the finish is long, with sweetness and bitter peat.
