A ten-year-old single malt from Isle of Jura, in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV.
The spirit is made with ground malted barley and water from Loch A'Bhaile Mhargaidh, known as Market Loch. The loch sits high in the hills, so the water is not peaty. The wash is distilled twice in pot stills, and the tall necks of the stills give a light spirit.
Maturation in a mixture of American oak and Sherry casks adds a little weight and richness.
