A twelve-year-old single malt from Isle of Jura, in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV.
It is matured for 12 years in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels and finished in Oloroso sherry casks from Jerez, Spain.
The nose is tropical and succulent, with chocolate, walnut and citrus fruit. On the palate come honey, salted bananas and brown sugar, with a whisper of smoke.
