Isle of Jura Seven Wood is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Jura range, which is known for sweetness and smoke.
It is aged in first-fill American oak barrels, then finished in six different types of French oak casks.
The nose is nutty, with freshly sawn wood, savoury notes and ripe peaches coming through. The palate is very fruity, with tangerines, fudge, cinnamon and toasted oak. The finish is drying, with nutmeg.
