Isle of Jura Seven Wood is a single malt in a 70cl bottle, matured in seven different types of oak.
The whisky spends its first years in bourbon casks and is then finished in casks made from French oak of six origins: Vosges, Jupilles, Les Bertranges, Allier, Tronçais and Limousin.
The wide range of flavours from these casks gives a spicy whisky with chocolate and fruit running through it.
