The Sound is a lightly peated single malt from Isle of Jura, in a one-litre bottle at 42.5% ABV. It is named after the strait to the north of the island, home to the Gulf of Corryvreckan, a notorious whirlpool.
The whisky was finished in barrels that previously held 15 year old Pedro Ximénez sherry.
The flavours are caramel fudge, black forest fruits and milk chocolate, in an easy-drinking style.
