Isle of Raasay – Lightly Peated Colombian (50.7%)

Isle of Raasay Lightly Peated Colombian is a lightly peated Scottish single malt bottled at 50.7%. It pairs gentle peat smoke with the character of Colombian coffee. Coffee runs through the whisky from nose to finish, alongside soft smoke. On the nose there is gentle smoke with roasted coffee. The palate is velvety, with dark chocolate and caramel alongside coffee beans, and the long finish keeps a light smoke and coffee-bean note.
